We met Lethea at an open house ten or twelve years ago, and she left an impression. When the time finally came for us to buy a new home, we called her and she went to work right away. We wanted to be in a specific neighborhood, and she sent a mailing to that neighborhood to let the residents know that there was an interested buyer. During that process, she spent the time to show us at least a dozen homes. Within a few weeks, her mailing paid off, and we ended up in a great home in the neighborhood that we wanted. Even after that experience, we were still tempted to try to sell our old home "by owner" to avoid the commission. Eventually, we decided to let Lethea list it. Within two days of the listing, we had four showings which resulted in two offers. Lethea got us full asking price, no contingencies, and a quick settlement. Lethea's a great person, and she's now a trusted advisor. She's great at her job and she goes above and beyond for her clients. I expect to stay put for quite a while, but she'll be handling all of my future real estate business.

Lethea is amazing!! So knowledgeable and helped us so much in the process of selling and buying! She worked hard for us, always responded to our questions and made us feel like we were the only people she was working for. I interviewed a few realtors but No one came close!!
