Lethea was recommended to us by a good friend, and we are glad they did. Lethea is friendly and professional. Her knowledge of the local market was amazing. She is well versed with popular style trends that made updates to our kitchen and living spaces really appealing (without unnecessary spending). She had our house priced perfectly and sold fast! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We sold our first house with Lethea and when we decided to purchase another property, there was no doubt who to call. I believe Lethea works 24/7, anytime we had a question, she answered quickly, within minutes!

Lethea was a great help in explaining the procean and a skillful, fair negotiator. She reduced our stress before the sale by volunteering her truck, services and friends to help us pack and move our unneeded household goods and furnishings. She knows the market, knows how to sell and provides exceptional service. Heavily recommend you utilize her talents.

Lethea and her team went above and beyond for us. They helped make a difficult situation easier and were there for us every step of the way. She and team offered excellent guidance and helped with many tasks that would have just been impossible if not for their help.

We have two instances to speak of with regard to doing business with Lethea Myers: The first instance was on our first home purchase. Lethea was not working with us directly; she represented the sellers. We were jealous. That was the last time we were going to let that happen. The second experience is when we sold our first home and are now building our second home. Lethea sold our house in less than two weeks, got us full list price, and is now assisting us in our first home construction. I can assert with confidence that Lethea is one of the most informed, experienced and committed real estate professionals in the business. All accolades deserved. I appreciate her ability to step in when she's needed and to step back when she's not, through her perceptive skill of intuition in the entire home process. Few are also as knowledgeable in the areas not often thought of as pertinent until you realize that they are. She fills those cracks that you didn't even know were there. The multi-tasker. She sold my house while also making arrangements for my new house. There were some negotiating on both properties, but In the end I got want I wanted. She Is very knowledgeable In the real estate business and knows what she has to do to git-R-dun. Both transactions couldn't have been any smoother.

Selling parents home to pay for retirement community. Letha was great! She has numerous connections for getting virtually anything done. Assisted with the liquidation of house contents. Helped with charitable donations and got multiple offers on the house - which needed a good deal of renovation. She is super responsive and doesn't play games when giving advice on the up/down side of an individual sale. You would do well to engage her services. Very satisfied.

We met Lethea at an open house ten or twelve years ago, and she left an impression. When the time finally came for us to buy a new home, we called her and she went to work right away. We wanted to be in a specific neighborhood, and she sent a mailing to that neighborhood to let the residents know that there was an interested buyer. During that process, she spent the time to show us at least a dozen homes. Within a few weeks, her mailing paid off, and we ended up in a great home in the neighborhood that we wanted. Even after that experience, we were still tempted to try to sell our old home "by owner" to avoid the commission. Eventually, we decided to let Lethea list it. Within two days of the listing, we had four showings which resulted in two offers. Lethea got us full asking price, no contingencies, and a quick settlement. Lethea's a great person, and she's now a trusted advisor. She's great at her job and she goes above and beyond for her clients. I expect to stay put for quite a while, but she'll be handling all of my future real estate business.
