There should be more than 5 stars to give Lethea! Just bought my 3rd house and used Lethea for each one over the past 35+ years. She will make your purchase easy and smooth. Answers calls/texts so fast. She is unbelievably knowledgeable and has any resource you can think of. Incredibly detail oriented and organized through the entire process. Will answer your questions and clarify even if it's the thousandth time you text'd her asking something. So involved with the community and giving of her time and resources. Don't use anyone else!

Great realtor. Knows the area. She is very helpful even after the closing. You can ask her anything and if she doesn't know the answer she will get it for you. You will not Regret having her as your realtor. We sold our home in 9 hours Thanks to her advice.

Our recent experience working with Lethea Myers was definitely a 5 Star experience. She was our number one resource for the whole process including : downsizing, parting with 20+ years of stuff, preparing to relocate to NH, as well as preparing our home in Hummelstown for sale. Any of our questions, during the process, were always answered within a very short time. The last day, the walk through, as well as the closing definitely was an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend her for being the best to walk the journey of selling a home.
